【AT Services & Individual Sessions】 • 7+ days before: No cancellation fee (full refund) • 3-6 days before: 50% of fee • 2 days before to same day: 100% of fee (no refund) • No-show: 100% of fee (no refund) * In case of unavoidable circumstances such as weather or disasters, we will accommodate date changes or waive cancellation fees. 【Tips & Donations】 Tips and donations are voluntary support and are non-refundable. 【Monthly Support (Subscriptions)】 Can be cancelled until the day before the next renewal date. After cancellation, benefits remain available until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds. 【Other Digital Services】 Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available after service delivery begins. However, please contact us if there are significant defects with the service. |
